I really enjoyed my comfortable stay for one night. the rooms were lovely looking, neat, and had extremely comfy beds. - the breakfast was great with fresh fruits and made-to-order omelette. - the staff was pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

We stayed in a spacious and quiet room. It was always updated everyday. The hotel also was nice and comfortable. All hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location. Good breakfast. We enjoyed every moments. We would definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers to Hanoi. It was really our home away from home. We will be visiting it again next time.

The room I had was great value with correct services and the staff was top-class! I enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was delicious and savoury with many options.

hotel introduced very bad contracted taxi driver. hotel closed the entrance door around 12pm. minibar prices not presented in the room.

This hotel was always our first choice to stay when we travel to Hanoi. There are many reasons made us choose it but the main reason was location. It is very well located, very close to the Hoan Kiem lake, also the downtown. So it was very convenient to go around seeing and exploring this beautiful city. One more thing made us feeling at home was the staff. They were very kindly and helpful in giving information and advice about things to do and places to go. We loved very much our stay in this hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and be back as soon as possible.

It is a wonderful hotel with an amazing location close to many sights worth seeing. the staff provides excellent services. - the new-fashioned superior queen room was a highlight for us.

We chose this hotel after reading high score for the reviews but it was just a basic hotel only. We could not find anything like on Internet ( they stole the pictures from other hotels).Do not listen to the hotel staff and do not believe in the website photos. Big lie! What happened to this hotel? I could expect much more better service and the room quality. There was absolutely no privacy, the windows are facing other rooms. This wasn't a 3 star hotel. Do not stay there!

We had a wonderful stay at the Splendid Star 2 Hotel. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. All hotel staff were very helpful and kindly. They were also friendly. Our room was beautiful, modern and very clean. Hotel services could not be better. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room had two queen-sized beds and had a romantic atmosphere, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

I loved the location of the hotel and the size and plush interiors of the family room. The staff was extremely friendly and warm and responded promptly to all our requests. Peter especially, was very responsive and communicative. The hotel is really close to very good restaurants and shops on Nha Tho ! Great atmosphere in the evenings, on the narrow hotel street, with a lot of young local people sitting down on low stools , chatting and munching on local food !

Although this is a new hotel but their service was excellent. This is our first time stay with Splendid Star 2. The front desk staff were very friendly & so helpful in solving all my enquires & problems. They make me feel ourself at home, the staff really made my day, greeting you with smile everytime in & out of the hotel. location wise is gd! Near to cathedral & just a few mins walk to lake. Loved this hotel service, stongly recommended to all travellers!

Very good location. Rooms are clean and ok. Breakfast also ok. Fair value for money.

When we arrived there were a few people sleeping in the sofas of the reception. The shower door is not good and all the water spills to the floor. Our door lock did not work but they changed us to another room. The first day they didn't clean the room. I believe there are many similar hotels with similar prices and facilities.

I love this hotel very very much and so regret that I could not stay longer. I felt sad when I left. Hope that I could stay here again as soon as possible.
